General Advice

If you smoke, stop.

If your skin sees the sun, wear sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15.

Limit your consumption of grilled meat.

Avoid alcohol.  If you drink alcohol, consume no more than two drinks a day if you’re a man, no more than one drink a day if you’re a woman.

Maintain a healthy weight and waist size.  Target BMI < 26. Target Waist size < 35 inches.

Eat a plant-based diet.

Eat smaller volumes of meals and more frequently.

Exercise regularly.

Get regular cancer screenings.
